Privacy Policy

This site is run by Ayaz Website, part of Ayaz Group, based in Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. For privacy questions, contact us at admin@ayazgroup.id or on WhatsApp 0857-1733-5908.

• Consultation form (Contact). The name, needs, and message you type are not sent to our server. The send button opens WhatsApp with the message pre-filled; the conversation then takes place on WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy. We receive your WhatsApp number and message on our WhatsApp Business account.
• Reviews. Name, rating, comment, and page language. Your IP address is not stored as is, only as a one-way hash to prevent spam. New reviews wait for moderation; once approved, the name, rating, comment, and month of submission are shown publicly on the site.
• Ingetin tester sign-up. Name, Google (Gmail) address, WhatsApp number and phone model (both optional), the time you agreed to the terms, page language, and a hash of your IP address. We add your email to the tester list in Google Play Console so you can install the Ingetin app.
• Technical data. When you open the site, Cloudflare (our network and security provider) processes your IP address and request data. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregated, cookie-free visit statistics. Our server keeps access logs for security.

The public pages of this site do not set cookies. Cookies are only used in the admin panel for signed-in staff.

• To answer your questions and consultation requests.
• To show approved reviews.
• To run the Ingetin tester program, including contacting you about it.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam or abuse.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Data is processed by the service providers we use to run the site: Cloudflare (network, security, analytics, and backup storage), our server (VPS) provider, Google (Play Console, for Ingetin testers only), and WhatsApp (for conversations you start). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

• Reviews: while they are shown, or until you ask us to delete them.
• Ingetin tester data: while the tester program runs, or until you ask us to delete it.
• Automatic backups: up to 30 days.

All connections use HTTPS. Admin panel access is limited to staff with two-factor authentication, and every access is logged.

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), you may ask to access, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw any consent you gave. Send your request to admin@ayazgroup.id; we will respond as soon as possible.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
